A primary bedroom from a home staging project. We used the existing bedframe and brought in all the other accessories from our curated inventory. Carefully thoughtout textiles were selected to enhance the bedroom, elevate the style and create a comfortable and modern feel. The bedroom was styled to attract the right buyers and evoke an emotional reaction. All selections were made with intention in creating a cohesive space that provides functionality, inspiration and support to the end user.

Every home staging project is unique and starts with an in-home consultation. Whether your home is vacant or occupied, this is required to fully evaluate the needs of the property and assess its full potential.
With a thoughtful, personalized approach to every project and the focus on creating optimal spaces, we use modern pieces from our carefully curated inventory to ensure your property will look its very best. Every space in your home is addressed with careful consideration for elements like ideal furniture size, scale and placement, as well as feel and flow of the space, while highlighting all of its best features. All of this with the goal of selling your home quicker and for more return on your investment, by allowing buyers to envision themselves living there.

A large mid-century modern inspired living room, featuring two wooden framed, upholstered chairs, a round wood and metal martini table and a console table behind. Lots of textures was brought into this space by adding a beautiful neutral, woven rug, a soft cotton pillow, some greenery and a large art piece depicting a European street, and adding depth to the room. An analogous colour scheme was used to create a harmonious seating area.
